Smudge bundles! Yay! I grew kitchen sage over the summer, from seedlings lovingly germinated by our friends at Littleton Community Farm, as well as collected all sorts of lovelies including mugwort, lavender, catnip, cedar, monarda, and spearmint for our 2020 bundles.
Light the bundle with a match, and blow out the flame so that the bundle smolders, and wave as a magic wand to clear the air, both for microbial benefits and for energetic clearing as well. You may need to keep re-lighting the bundle to keep the smoldering going.
Smudge bundles may be used multiple times.
Nota Bene... we use ONLY ethically and sustainably cultivated kitchen sage in our smudge bundles. No endangered white sage plants were used, or will ever be used, at Sweet Birch Studio.
